Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the CreateJet website and services operated by CreateJet ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Services Description

CreateJet provides a platform that offers access to ad templates which can be exported to Figma or Canva for customization. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Access to a library of ad templates
• Ability to export templates to Figma or Canva
• Template customization tools
• Performance metrics for templates

2. Subscriptions

a. Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial that requires no credit card information. After the trial period ends, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing our services.

b. Subscription Plans: We offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $19 USD per month
• Annual Plan: $183 USD per year

c. Billing: By subscribing to CreateJet, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your account until payment is successfully processed.

d. No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for any subscriptions or partial subscription periods. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

e. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to grant exceptions to our refund policy at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership of Templates: All templates provided through our Service are owned by CreateJet. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize these templates for your advertising purposes.

b. Customized Content: You retain ownership of any customizations you make to our templates, including your added text, images, and design elements. However, the base template structure remains the property of CreateJet.

c. Restrictions: You may not:

• Sell, redistribute, or share our templates with third parties
• Use our templates to create your own template library or "swipe file" for sale or distribution
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our templates
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Service

4. User Accounts

a. Account Creation: To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

c. Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

5. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process the following data:

• Name and email address
• Hashed passwords
• Stripe payment details
• Usage data

This information is used to:

• Monitor user activity
• Process payments
• Maintain and improve our services
• Comply with legal requirements for taxes and financial records

6. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree not to:

7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CreateJet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

CreateJet does not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
